02. Law Enforcement & Data Requests
As a private intelligence and defense facilitator, BastionID occasionally receives requests from global law enforcement or third-party litigators seeking client identity or telemetry data. Our stance is absolute:
- We require a valid, binding subpoena or court order from a recognized jurisdiction to acknowledge any request.
- Because we employ a Zero-Knowledge architecture, we possess minimal to no historical retention of actionable client telemetry. We cannot surrender data we do not hold.
- Frivolous or non-binding legal threats from adversarial networks (target retaliations) are ignored and cataloged as hostile intelligence.
